Terms & Conditions

Lateness, Cancellations and No-Shows have a huge impact on the running of our business. Our diary is tight and an appointment running over by 15 minutes or someone not turning up creates a knock-on affect to our productivity, morale and client experience. We have a strict policy in place to protect our business, team and customers and communication is key so we also adhere to our terms.

Late for your appointment

We cannot guarantee the service that has been booked to anyone who 10 minutes or more late and, in some instances, may not be able to honour the appointment at all, although we will try our best to provide a solution. Please call us as soon as you know you will be late so we can do our very best to accommodate you.

​REPEAT Cancellations/No Show

If you have 'no-show' more than twice then you will be charged 100% of pre-booked appointment cost, pre-pay all future appointments.

Nail Fix Appointments

Please note that although we offer a 7 day free fix policy you must still pre-book this appointment. You will be offered 3 appointment slots before you are put on the waiting list. Lateness & Cancellation Policy still applies to Fix Appointments.

Gift Vouchers

Please ensure that you bring your redeemable gift voucher to the Spa to present on arrival. Non presentation of voucher will necessitate a charge being made until the voucher is presented. If full or part payment for your visit is by a gift voucher this will become void if you fail to arrive. All other cancellation charges are shown under ‘Cancellation’, except that a refund cannot be made against a gift voucher. However, we will be pleased to hold the balance of the value of the voucher for future use. Gift vouchers can be redeemed online with the exception of retail products. Color Box gift vouchers must be redeemed within 5 years from issue date. Color Box will not accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged gift vouchers. Please treat gift cards as cash.

Pregnancy 

We are proud to offer a specialised menu of maternity treatments. Inform your therapist if you are pregnant to allow us to tailor your experience. Please note our pregnancy and safety policy: no treatments can be given in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.

Color Box Etiquette

During Your Visit:

We aim to provide a peaceful setting for all spa guests, and so we ask you to please keep your mobile devices on silent. The spa team reserves the right to refuse access to anyone whos behaviour may disturb or endanger other guests at the spa or surrounding areas.

What to Wear:

Robes and slippers are provided to day spa guests. We provide disposable underwear to suit women and men; alternatively you may wear your own underwear, as you wish. Our spa therapists are professionally trained in draping techniques to ensure your privacy and comfort at all times.

Health Concerns:

Some treatments are not suitable for certain medical conditions or during pregnancy. To avoid disappointment, please raise any concerns at the time of booking. We also ask clients to fill out a medical questionnaire on arrival at the spa, to ensure that treatments are appropriate. . We ask you to postpone your treatment if you are feeling unwell as we are unable to honour treatments to those who have symptoms including a fever, cough or sore throat.

Valuables:

We strongly recommend that you leave your valuables at home, or if you are having multiple treatments, in your locker. Some treatments require the removal of jewellery. Please ensure you retrieve all valuables before leaving the premises and in particular check the pockets of your robe as we cannot be held responsible for any losses.

Children Policy:

Children under 14 years of age are not permitted to use the spa at any time.
